Registration for participants: 1st of February – 9th of April
In order to register as a panelist to the UN Youth Academic Conference 2017, you have to fill in the registration form and send it along with the abstract of your academic paper to the following e-mail address: email@example.com.
If your abstract has been accepted, we require that you submit the final version of your paper by 2nd of April, so that the discussant will be given the due time to properly analyze your work.
Participants’ registration (meaning individuals who want to participate without sending an academic paper) consists solely in sending the filled in registration form to the indicated e-mail address until 9th of April.

Early Registration: 30 EUR (without accommodation)
Normal Registration: 40 EUR (without accomodation)
Accomodation fee: 45 EUR
The participation fee includes:
– accommodation (by case) : included nights 20/21, 21/22, and 22/23 April;
– coffee breaks and snacks;
– welcoming kit;
– participation certificate;
Mention: Travel costs are not included.
Access to social events: 20 EUR
The selection of participants will take place on a weekly basis. The participants will then have one week to pay the participation fee, after having received the confirmation e-mail.

Note: All additional fees related to the bank transfer will be supported by the applicant; UN Youth Association is exempt from the payment of any additional fees.
